Other cool stuff you can find on the Tam-Awan Village |
They call this house Alang and it has a fire place which is very common for local tribe |
They also has this art gallery on one of the nipa-huts there at Tam-Awan village. Look at these random picture of artworks of local artists who donated their works at the museum.
At the top of the Tam-Awan village which is called the Dream Catcher. The irony of it the place has no giant dream catcher instead we saw a big wind chime hanging on the bamboo! |
After we finished trekking we grab our lunched at Route 55. It was a raining that day and we are very famished about the activity that we had on Tam-Awan village. You know too much trekking can burn our baby fats so we need fooooooooood!

Route 55 food menu Baby back ribs and veggies: corn & coleslaw |
We cut the baby back ribs for equal sharing and fat degustation. LOL. |
Our next destination we went to Good Shepherd to buy some pasalubongs. I bought strawberry jam and ube jam. After that we went to Mines View Park. Luckily the rain stops pouring just drizzling. It is also foggy there too and very cold. Brrrr.
Foggy afternoon at Mines View Part. We are lucky that it is drizzling at that time and not raining. |
My all time favorite comfort food - Pancit! Oh my God I'm happy. |
A big bowl of steaming Chao Fan rice |
Sweet & Sour chicken. The food attendant says that it is good for 3 people but we're surprised on how big their serving is that can feed 5 hungry people with this one. |
We are tired but we still manage put a smile in our faces for this shot. After all this is a very happy and productive day for all of us. Yeah, we are very blessed! |
