Nyx Lipstick Review in Bruised Rouge Meurtri

Us girls are independent and experimental that it applies on the way we showcase ourselves through cute dresses, fancy jewelries, shoes and having a wide range collection of make-ups and lippies! Yesterday, one of my office mates and a very close friend of mine-- Lia, lend us her NYX lipstick for us to try it. Of course we are so giddy and very game with the idea! Here are the group picture of us wearing the lipstick:

Too much pouting is bad! Haha. Lia, perfected the pose while Tin is not doing the duck face. On the other hand let's move on to the review of the Nyx lipstick. Shall we?

The Nyx lipstick is easy to glide on the lips. It has also a smooth and creamy texture which is perfect for my dry lips. Lia bought this lippies for only 200 pesos. She says that Nyx lippies is cheaper compared to other drug store make-up brand that's why she became a fan.

The're are two cons that I can say about this product. First is the color doesn't stays longer on the lips especially if you are eating and drinking something. I ate an ice-cream that day and the lip color was gone easily. After 2-3 hours of wearing it the color fades away like that. Second, the color is not suited on me because I look like Ursula in the little mermaid. Huhu. Here's the color swatch of the Nyx Lipstick in Bruised Rouge Meurtri below:

Maybe I can try another swatch that will perfectly accentuate my lips from this brand but as of now this color is not for me! Here's another group shot of us to end this blog post. I love these two pretty girls!
